shipping policy

Processing time 5-10 business days - excluding orders to be printed. Please allow additional time for shipping.

Payment may be made with but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

All credit card orders must be charged before processing

Cancellation Fee: Once order is placed there will be a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the value.

Beauty By TEN is not responsible for UPS delivery schedules or times of delivery.  Someone must be present to receive the package.  If a package is returned, the customer will incur additional shipping charges

All freight charges, customs, brokerage, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

All shortages and breakage in shipping must be reported within 48 hours

return & exchange policy

PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY. Beauty By TEN does not accept returns due to customer error.  Your order MUST be read back to insure accuracy.  All sales are final

If misunderstandings occur with phone orders, the Company will request written purchase orders & correct part numbers must be specified

Shipment refusals - 50% handling fee will be charged, plus shipping

No returns without written authorization. Products returned without authorization will be returned at customers expense

Prices subject to change without notice

Beauty By TEN assumes no responsibility for the product if it has been repackaged and will not be covered by our liability insurance

There is a $75.00 charge for returned checks

Customer warrants that he/she will comply with all labeling requirements of the Federal and State Laws pertaining to The Food, Drug and Cosmetics “Act”
