Welcome to beautybyten.com. The beautybyten.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Beauty By TEN (“BBT”). beautybyten.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of beautybyten.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

beautybyten.com is an E-Commerce Site.

Created by trans women of color, Beauty By TEN is an organic, paraben-free cosmetic line focused on celebrating individual beauty and fostering empowerment and opportunity. We believe in offering more from our cosmetics—more color, more moisture, long-lasting wear, and cleaner, cruelty-free formulas. We remain committed to our original vision: providing premium quality, affordable cosmetics. Our diverse range features highly pigmented shades, moisturizing formulas, and long-wearing performance.

Privacy Your use of beautybyten.com is subject to BBT’s Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data collection and usage practices.

Electronic Communications By visiting beautybyten.com or communicating with BBT electronically, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer your account to another party. BBT reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service at its discretion.

Children Under Thirteen BBT does not knowingly collect information from persons under 13. If under 18, use the site only with parental or guardian permission.

Cancellation/Refund Policy All sales are final. Please review orders carefully before submission. Returns are not accepted due to customer error. Misunderstandings with phone orders must be followed by written purchase orders. Shipment refusals incur a 50% handling fee plus shipping. No returns without written authorization. Returned products without authorization will be returned at customer’s expense. Prices subject to change. Products that are repackaged are not covered by our liability insurance. $75.00 charge for returned checks. Customers must comply with all relevant labeling laws.

Links to Third-Party Sites The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are not controlled by BBT, and BBT is not responsible for their content. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

Third-Party Services By using services from beautybyten.com, you consent to BBT sharing necessary information with third parties under contract to deliver those services.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use You may use beautybyten.com only as permitted by these Terms. You may not use the site in a way that could damage or impair the site or interfere with others’ use. All content on the site is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to exploit, reverse engineer, or reproduce the content without permission.

Third Party Accounts You may link your BBT account with third-party services. By doing so, you consent to sharing information with these services per your settings on those platforms.

International Users If you access the site from outside the USA, you are responsible for complying with local laws. Do not use BBT content where prohibited.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify BBT from any losses or liabilities arising from your use of the site, violations of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Arbitration Disputes that cannot be resolved will be subject to binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the AAA. Arbitration will occur individually, not as part of a class action. The prevailing party may recover legal fees.

Class Action Waiver Arbitrations will be conducted on an individual basis. No class actions or representative actions are permitted.

Liability Disclaimer The Site and all related content are provided “as is” without warranty. BBT disclaims all warranties and is not liable for damages resulting from site use.

Termination/Access Restriction BBT may terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Use of the Site is unauthorized in jurisdictions that do not uphold these Terms.

Entire Agreement This agreement constitutes the full agreement between you and BBT. If any part is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain in effect.

Changes to Terms BBT may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of changes.
